RMLA is a Team of dynamic and enthusiastic Professional Town Planners, who provide a broad range of professional skills in the diverse and ever evolving field of Town Planning. We undertake a range of projects across the public and private sectors, offering staff a variety of work from coordinating planning applications, to producing spatial, strategic and economic plans across Ireland.
Careers.
We promote the continuous professional development (CPD) of our staff at all stages in their career and support them in joining the Irish Planning Institute or the Royal Town Planning Institute. We also encourage staff to engage with new and exciting projects at work which challenge them and broaden their skills and experience. Our Performance Management Review System means that staff are able to develop their skills and progress their careers within RMLA and are encouraged to pursue the areas of planning that interest them.
We not only invest in our people’s technical skills but in creating a strong Team and a good working environment. We do this by organising staff events throughout the year including social events, team sports events and evenings out.
