The provision of regeneration funding advice is a unique complimentary service which RMLA offers our clients. We understand the multiple funding streams available to assist with the delivery of projects and the processes, procedures and requirements associated with applying for and securing funding.
Funding Advice.
In addition to providing advice in relation to available funding and the steps required to secure it, our staff also have experience working with Local Authorities in the preparation of funding applications and managing their production. This includes working with other consultants and internal Local Authority departments, completing application documentation, and preparing an accompanying Report that sets out the purpose of the project and demonstrates its alignment with planning policy.
Working on behalf of Local Authorities our staff prepared URDF funding applications under both Call 1 and Call 2 that secured c. €38 million. The majority of funding secured was for the delivery of projects from the spatial, strategic, and economic plans which our staff had managed and produced.
RMLA also advises Local Authorities with the preparation of planning documents, including structure and content, as having a suitable planning framework is central to not only identifying appropriate projects for funding but to ensuring that the document can be leveraged in support of the funding application.
